Manufacturing
Since moving into the new manufacturing facilities in May 2008, Zhaoqing Grandaire now has all the manufacturing facilities under one roof in Zhaoqing High Tech Development zone, Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province, China. The manufacturing facilities include Aluminium Diffusion, Egg Crate Sheet, Press Metal, Powder Coating, Plastic Injection Moulding and Tooling Shop.
Aluminium Air Diffusion
We have 120+ skilled staff in this manufacturing division, and have the capability of producing 8 containers (40FT) per week.
Press Metal
This manufacturing division mainly produces aluminium egg crate sheets, press metal products and sheetmetal products, including plenum boxes, cushion air boxes, return air boxes, metal clips, neck adaptors and other accessories. We have a capability of producing 4 container (40FT) load of egg crate sheets in various sizes.
Aluminium Eggcrate
This section mainly produces aluminium egg crate sheets in various configurations, and has a capability of producing 1 container (40FT) per week .
Plastic Injection Moulding
We have 5 injection moulding machines to make plastic ceiling diffusers, plastic downjet, Multi-directional outlet, plastic swirl floor grille and other components to be used in our products.
Powder Coating
We have a capaibility of powder coating 2 container loads per week.
Tool Room
In our toolroom there are 10 experienced tooling staff who can make injection moulding tools, press metal tools and die casting tools.
